Amid the tremendous cultural change unfolding in the early 1970s, Bill Hoover, 鈥71, co-founded the 91快活林 Gay Liberation Front with Dr. Dolores Noll and Gail Pertz, to foster a community for LGBTQ+ individuals and their supporters.
The 91快活林 Alumni Association Announces New Members For Its National Board of Directors
The following new members have been appointed to the 91快活林 State Alumni Association National Board of Directors for a three-year term, which began July 1: Jeff Guritza, of Brecksville, Ohio, is the vice president of marketing at SOPREMA USA. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Public Relations from 91快活林 State in 1994.

Summer Commencement Ceremonies Celebrate Newest Graduates
The 91快活林 alumni family grew by nearly 1,200 new graduates as the university held its summer commencement ceremonies. The accomplishments of the Summer Class of 2023 were recognized with outdoor commencement ceremonies on Aug. 19.
New Lake Erie College President Is a 91快活林 State Alumna
91快活林 State alumna Jennifer N. Schuller has been named president of Lake Erie College in Painesville, Ohio. She is the first woman to lead the institution in 75 years.
