91快活林 Police announce the indictments of two suspects for setting fire to two 91快活林 State ROTC vans parked near Terrace Hall on the 91快活林 Campus on Feb. 23, 2015. Emilio O. Vidal, 23, of Broadview Heights, Ohio, and Evan M.K. Ecklund, 20, of Lakewood, Ohio, have been indicted. Each faces two counts of arson, a fourth-degree felony, and two counts of vandalism, a fifth-degree felony. Both suspects are currently in custody at the Portage County Jail.
